Adjustable Shock & Two Training Modes: Three are two different training modes, sound, and sound + shock. There are also 1-8 levels of shock you can adjust to make sure your dogs are comfortable and ensure training is effective. If your dog exceeds the range you've established, the receiver will initiate its training function automatically, to remind the pet to return to their designated safe area. How it Works:
- The fence has a control range of 40m/131ft to 200m/650ft in radius. After fully charging the system, you can unplug it (optional) and trainer's backup battery will kick in.
- This allows you to place the fence anywhere in your yard and the barrier will remain active for 1 week thanks to its long battery life, making it truly a wireless dog fence.
- Using the signal button on the receiver you can adjust your pets boundary width level from 1 - 4. This adjusts the radius of your pet's boundary from 131ft -650ft. (See the Boundary Width Level Chart Above)
- Simply attach the receiver to your dog to receive a constant wireless radio signal from the transmitter set up in your house, if your dog goes beyond the adjustable range, your dog will hear the collar will begin to beep 3 times, warning your pet to return to their safe area.
- If they do not return, the collar will begin to shock continuously for 3 minutes, then the collar will pause its training function for 1 minute until your pet returns to their safe area.
- If your pet has not returned to the safe area after 1 minute, the process will repeat, the system will shock continuously for 3 minutes, and pause for 1 minute alternatively until your dog returns home. Afterward, your pet will understand its boundary when the collar begins to beep.
It works wonders on stubborn or hard-to-train dogs while being safe for everyone who enters your yard. The static correction only goes through the two contact points on the receiver. The wireless fence works for dogs of all sizes. The collar is fully adjustable, and fits dogs 10lbs and up.
Please Note: Setting markers for your pet, to help them understand where their boundaries are, will help train your dog to remember where their area ends.
